It's Taurus season tribe so let's welcome the bull back for the next few weeks.
Let's use this new energy to get focused, grounded, and feeling good.
It’s been pretty rough lately. The last few weeks were tough for the best of us but finally, it feels like we have an opening to start feeling really good again.
It feels like we are on top of our game again and riding the bull instead of getting smashed in the rodeo ring.
We have some space now to do the things that make us feel good.
Ask yourself this week, what can I do to make myself feel good?
Make a list of all the things that you can do.
This week do something from the list everyday.
It’s action time and it's time to feel GOOD so make the effort and do it.
You could tell me all the things you can’t do or used to do to feel good, but I’m not interested.
This is the now and there are so many things that you can do in this new world that would make you feel great. And yes, you may have to change your old ways.
We are at a pretty big turning point right now of adapting to the new world.
You have some choices:
Keep looking back on how it used to be and keep repeating that story forever (if anyone sticks around you long enough to listen again and again).
Sit waiting for things to go back to normal - trust me this will be a long wait as that old normal won’t be back; OR
Create new ways and the new story for this new journey in this new world and feel good. In fact, feel GREAT.
