Each day you will have a task to complete and homework to do. This could take from as little as 15m a day depending on what you are willing to put in.

I will connect and work with you as your life coach, your accountability coach, your healer, your counselor, your physic, your mentor, your teacher, your divine light, leading you to your happiest most powerful self.

You will check in with me every day via face time and we will work through your shift together.

Once a week we will go deep in a session and redesign your mind's programming.
We will change your thought patterns and create new ways.
