After 30 years of guiding people through the energetic and emotional dimensions of healing, I felt called to bring that work into the body. Not just to understand transformation  but to feel it. To move it. To let it shake loose from the places it has been held.

 

The Embodied Release is a powerful movement practice to heal the mind body and soul.. There is no choreography to follow, no performance to give, no right way to move. There is only the music, the space, and the invitation to let your body lead.

Each session is a guided movement journey designed to create safety, freedom, and deep presence in the body. You are encouraged to feel instead of think, express instead of suppress, and trust the wisdom of your body.

What gets released in these session is what talk therapy often cannot reach. It is stored in the body, in the shoulders, the hips, the chest and it moves when the body moves.

Why we need to move

​So many of us journey through life disconnected from our bodies, holding tension, suppressing emotion, and shaping ourselves to fit expectations.

 As you move, layers of conditioning begin to fall away, old stories, judgments, and pressures, revealing the realness underneath. Confidence doesn’t come from pushing or fixing yourself here; it comes from remembering who you already are.​

Embodied Release is a movement practice to heal your mind body and soul. We begin in sacred circle, setting our intensions for the pracice. I then gently guide you out of your mind and back into your body where your truth lives. Through intuitive, free-form movement and deeply held space, you are invited to soften conditioning, release self-judgment, and reconnect with your most natural way of being. This is not about performances, or doing it right. It’s about listening, feeling, and letting the body lead moving you from limitation into liberation.

Embodied Release is a soulful movement practice rooted in intuition, embodiment, and nervous-system safety. Each session offers a space where you can drop out of thinking and into feeling, allowing the body to move in the way it naturally wants to move.

 

​There is no choreography to follow and no expectation to perform. You are guided to reconnect with your internal compass and trust your own rhythm, expression, and pace. You get to feel instead of think, express instead of suppress.

 

This practice is for every body, every age, and every stage of life.  Whether this is your first time moving intuitively or a continuation of a long embodiment journey, you are welcome exactly as you are.​ ​ 

How it Works

The Embodied Release is intuitive and free-form, but gently guided. I offer prompts and invitations that help you drop deeper into your body and follow what feels right for you. There is no right way to move. There is no performance. There is no pressure.

You are encouraged to feel instead of think, express instead of suppress, and trust the

wisdom of your body.

This transformative journey, will undo past conditioning that is no longer serving you, unravel the limited beliefs that hold you back and help you to shed the layers of falseness you wear in order to reveal the realness of who you naturally are.

It's time to free yourself to live the liberated life your heart and soul are screaming for.
