THE BOOK

Some stories take a lifetime to write.

A hybrid memoir and spiritual teaching for those who

have survived, rebuilt, and are ready to understand why.

I have been writing this book for longer than I can measure. Not because it took that long to put words on a page but because it took that long to live the story. To survive it. To understand it. To arrive at the place where I could finally tell it with clarity, with honesty, and without needing anyone to rescue me from it.

This is not a self-help book. It is not a memoir in the traditional sense. It is both and neither. It is the story of a woman who lived through chaos, addiction, love, loss, three marriages, motherhood, financial ruin, spiritual awakening, burnout, and rebuilding. And it is the teachings that emerged from all of it.

Every chapter is a lesson I learned the hard way. Every teaching is grounded in lived experience, not theory.

This book may read like fiction, but it is all true.

It is a story of what it means to live through the extremes, to break, to rebuild, and to find your way back to yourself.

And one day, it will be told on screen, because some stories are not meant to stay on the page.

"Yes, I have a story. But I don't live there anymore."

WHO THIS BOOK IS FOR

This book is for the ones who have lived it.

For anyone who has survived things they don’t talk about at dinner parties.

Who has rebuilt their life maybe more than once  and is ready to understand why it all happened the way it did.

For those who are done with surface-level self-help and ready for something that speaks to the depth of their actual experience.

For those who want to read a story that mirrors their own not to stay in it, but to finally make sense of it.

For those who know, somewhere deep inside, that their story is not their prison.

It is their power.
