Slow and Steady Wins the Race
21 - 27 MAY 2023
Take it easy this week my friends, we are still in rest and recovery mode, as annoying as that may feel. We are still thanking that once-in-a-lifetime eclipse season for the change of pace.
Patience is the word of the week, life is not a race and sometimes we got to give in to that and chill out a little or a lot.
These times won't last forever and the energy will speed up again just not this week. So let's enjoy the calm and stop to smell the roses. Go for a walk and observe the scenery around you, see the beauty in this world.
There is a shift from Taurus Season to Gemini this week, and we are reminded that we are both a physical body and a soul, we need to loo k after both.
During this season we are asked to focus on communication. How well do you communicate? Now is the time to work on this.
There is also some tense energy hanging around, we need to work hard to not become frustrated or easily annoyed. Instead, take a breath and walk away. It's not worth fighting about right now, think before you speak, and choose your words wisely. Words have the power to heal or harm. Go easy with yourself and others, please.
Remember we are planting seeds for the long term right now. We need a life that is sustainable for long-term happiness not just momentary.
We are in huge times and I want you to know I can see you and I am proud of you.
