Slow Down My Friend

Fam Bam,
Feels like we are speeding along a highway going too fast to even notice the scenery some days, too focused on keeping one foot on the pedal and one eye in the mirror we forget to even take a breath and remember where we are going on this crazy road of life.
Yeah, you're not alone, we have all been guilty of this journey especially recently. My reminder to you this week is to chill my friend. You have made it through another mammoth year and you should be proud of yourself, wherever you are at.
This week the energy will slow down for you, it won't ask you to dig too deep. There are no major cosmic events. Time to take your foot off the pedal, open the window, turn up the music, and smile. Let them pass you by and wave. Don't be agitated by every turn, put on the cruise control. Notice what's going on around you and within you as you shift gear.
