Take It Slowly
8 - 14 JANUARY 2023
This is not the year to think you can run at it straight away. It’s a slow start so rather than getting frustrated take it slow, ease back in and flow with the universal energy.
The new year, a new start won’t actually begin until the new moon on January 20th. From then on it will be all go go go, no stopping us now energy. So relax, walk, don't run, and stop and smell the roses for another week or so.
2022 taught us so much and I feel in 2023 we get a chance to really create many new ways of thinking, seeing, being, and living. It feels like an exciting year with some real solid foundations to begin building a future that’s totally in alignment with desires. We have some monumental planetary shifts this year, some are once in a lifetime so get ready for things to move and change in BIG positive ways.
We start this week with the energy of the first full moon of the year, it’s in Cancer and you could feel a little sentimental. This full moon wants to illuminate themes around family and home. What makes you feel safe and at home? What family ties and toxic ways are you over? Ask yourself these questions.
It’s an amazing opportunity to take a look at what issues around family, are you ready to change or step away from? Remember you can’t change them but you can change how you respond and you are in control of your emotions. Guilt is not creating good health, shame is not aligned with living the dream and resentment is so low vibe and life-limiting, so it really is time to find new ways now.
How can you read the message or take the call and not go into the old pattern of guilt or shame or pain?
This moon is showing you it all loud and clear...
Look at the manipulation, and trace it back...
Is it really yours to take on or is it really theirs???
Home is also just a feeling so this full moon takes us on an inward journey to get all the feels of where we belong, where our souls belong. Soul family and blood family can be quite different.
The Cancer waters can feel emotional but please note this is positive, it’s a week of cleansing and clearing and healing and making space for much better and needed ways going forward.

No way are we walking into this new year carrying an old bag of family triggers. I’ll let the moon pass and do its illumination and then we will connect, cleanse, clear, and rise up ready for the new moon and this incredible year to kick off!!!
2022 gave us many lessons and blessings and now we have the strength, the power, and the drive to really make big changes and make shit happen. Just be patient this week and feel the energy as it brews under the surface, get excited for its first eruption of the year in just a few weeks.
