Welcome to the Space Inbetween Week
23 - 29 APRIL 2023
That sounds weird. Hey, this week might feel a bit weird!
We are in space in between two eclipses, we have shifted into the Taurus season and we have mercury in retro for the first time this year.
That means the energy will feel different from the last few weeks. The build-up to that total solar eclipse was hectic. It was intense and a bit erratic. Everything felt like it was in overdrive, the pressure was real. The fires were burning and it was hot! This week everything slows right down including us. From the sprint, we slow right down to a slow walk. This will give us the opportunity to observe our internal and external worlds a bit more, take a breath, pause for a moment, and think a little clearer.
This is the perfect week to find pleasure in the small things. The perfect week to practice our gratitude, and to practice appreciation for all things. It's a great week to get organised and focused. Keep it simple in the external world because there is a lot going on internally over these few weeks.
Remember we are in deep transformation, the eclipse energy is awakening and shifting us to a higher and more aligned future path. Things are changing on a soul level right now.

1. Slow down to speed up
2. Drink lots of water
3. Be your own friend
4. Let go of what you don't need
5. Take care of you
6. Spend time in nature
