Fam,
This week you get to rest, relax, get grounded, find your feet, recover, prepare, and do whatever you need to do to feel like you're OK.
We are in the middle of eclipse season so whatever you need to do to look after yourself is good with me. There are things I will recommend for sure, but it's time to listen to your body, and your mind and do what's right for you. That solar eclipse was/is intense energy.
Yes, we have walked through the peak but the energy is here for a while, it's like a month-long exam, not just an hour or two.
We are a week away from the lunar eclipse and the energy of this is building. Fate is in the driving seat and we may at times feel out of control. Instead of being fearful, I recommend you close your eyes and trust that the Universal Gods have intervened for your highest good and that incredible things are happening behind the scenes. Trust me they are!!! We like to be in control as humans but too often we get in our own way of greatness so we actually need this help.
Advice this week -
Take breaks
Get a massage or some kind of treatment
Drink lots of water
Journal
Meditate
Walk barefoot in nature
Stay present
Trust life
Stay focused on where you are going, not where you have been. We have one more eclipse we walk through and then we are on the other side - easy! Can't wait to see how we all go, we deserve medals that's for sure.
We knew October was a biggie :)
