Once in a blue moon we have a week where feeling unsettled and restless seems to be the norm . Emotional distance and trouble expressing your thoughts seems to be a theme and intense feelings leading to frustration, anger and or emotional breakdowns and sadness can be an issue.
Thankfully these weeks pass and thankfully we are aware enough to know that two full moons in one month is a rarity and pretty heavy energy vibes to live in.
It's a bit like swimming through a dark muddy cold river. It's dark
and dirty, you can't see clearly a head and you have to be careful not to knock yourself on something as it really hurts.
What you need to know is, you trained for this type of swim and are fully prepared. You're learning so much about your personality, mind chatter and the stories you tell yourself. You're growing and evolving and becoming stronger. You're learning how powerful, adaptable and resilient you really are.
You're finally learning your worth.
So the swim is worth it, you got this. Be patient and put in the hard work that's needed. Focus on you and where you're going.
