Feels this week – Purr or Pounce Welcome to the first week of Leo season! It’s a welcome change from the deep ocean of emotions and crabby place we have been visiting lately but it does have some boundaries we need to be aware of, if we wish to take advantage of the next six weeks and what it brings to the table for us. The surf has been up and riding the waves has gotten a bit exhausting, we are eager to get on the shore and talk about ourselves, our wants and needs, our tolerance is a bit low and we feel impatient with what is not in our personal plan. We are craving so much, and we may be a bit erratic if we don’t immediately get what we want. Security, freedom, love, space, attention, admiration are all top of the list. How we go about getting what we desire is critical for our short- and long-term dreams and goals.
My advice this week, Stay grounded, Find balance, Be patient, Listen to others, Hear what others are saying, Resolve what’s irritating and triggering you don’t bury it, Watch your stubbornness, Be kind, Have fun, Lighten up.
Remember too we are also still under the influence of that super emotional full moon; you could so easily find yourself in the middle of a major drama show if you’re not conscious of the heightened emotions this week, I’d personally recommend missing that show. Lots of meditation, breathwork, time in nature, and healing therapies will help more than you know right now. We are being taught to self-regulate our emotions and stay calm internally as our external world goes through major transformations.
You've got this, we've got this, we are the change tribe and we trust that everything is aligning perfectly for our highest good and in the light always! Even when we can't see it ;)
