Scorpio Season Is HERE, When Is Enough, Enough? | Taurus Full Moon
25 - 31 October, 2026

Hi beautiful souls,
We begin this week beneath a powerful Full Moon in Taurus, arriving on Monday afternoon here in Brisbane.
And before we go any further, we are officially in Scorpio season.
As a Scorpio, I cannot believe I nearly missed saying this. This is my season.
Scorpio season changes the atmosphere. It takes us beneath appearances and into the deeper layers of life. We may feel more intuitive, private, passionate and aware of what is being said without words. Surface-level conversations and half-hearted connections may feel even less satisfying than usual.
Scorpio is the energy of shedding, transformation and rebirth. It reminds us that we cannot become who we are becoming while gripping every version of who we have been.
And this is what makes Monday’s Full Moon so powerful.
The Taurus Moon asks us to recognise what is valuable, nourishing and worth preserving.
The Scorpio Sun asks us to release what has completed, even when it is familiar.
One wants to root more deeply into life. The other wants to strip away anything preventing us from living it fully.
Neither is interested in half-hearted living.
So the word “enough” carries several meanings this week.
I have enough.
I am enough.
And I have had enough of whatever keeps me from feeling fully alive.
After several weeks of digging, questioning, reassessing and trying to understand what everything means, this Moon brings us back to what is right in front of us.
Our actual lives.
The home we live in. The money coming in and going out. The work we give our energy to. The people sitting beside us. The food on our plate. The amount of space in our day. The way it feels to be inside the life we have created.
And one word may become especially important this week.
Enough.
Enough can mean I have enough.
I have given enough.
I have carried this for long enough.
This is enough for me now.
And perhaps the most powerful one of all: I am enough.

This Full Moon is likely to show us where we have been living as though there is never enough. Never enough time, money, love, success, attention, healing or certainty. We keep reaching for the next thing, believing we will finally relax when it arrives. But the finish line keeps moving. There is nothing wrong with wanting more from life. Desire is beautiful. It creates movement, passion and possibility. But desire feels very different when it grows from inspiration rather than the belief that our life, or we ourselves, are somehow inadequate. This week may reveal the difference. Last week was about recognising the truth beneath the surface. This week makes that truth practical. It asks what we are going to continue feeding with our time, our attention, our money and our life force. Because whatever we repeatedly feed becomes our life. The Taurus Full Moon brings matters of security, stability, comfort, possessions and self-worth into the light. Something may come to completion or reach a point where we can clearly see what it has become. For some, this may show up around work or money. We may recognise that we have been undercharging, overspending, overworking or using money to create a feeling that the purchase can never truly give us. For others, it may be felt in the home. We may suddenly want to clear a room, repair something, create beauty or remove the clutter that has quietly been consuming our energy. And for many, it may arrive as a realisation about pace. We have become so accustomed to rushing that slowing down can initially feel uncomfortable. We reach for the phone, fill the silence, find another job to do or begin worrying about something that has not happened. Stillness can feel unsafe when we have learned to measure our value through productivity. Yet this Full Moon reminds us that a full life and an overfilled life are not the same thing. One contains presence. The other contains very little room to experience what we have worked so hard to create. There is also a strong undercurrent running beneath this Moon. One part of us may want everything to remain familiar while another part knows that something has already changed. This is where we need to be honest about the difference between stability and stagnation. Stability supports us. Stagnation keeps us in place because moving would require us to face uncertainty. We may be holding onto a role, relationship, possession, plan or version of ourselves because it once represented safety. But what once protected us may now be restricting us. There could be a moment this week when something feels threatened or outside our control. We may feel tempted to tighten our grip, demand an answer or force life back into a shape we recognise. Try not to confuse control with security. Real security is not the promise that nothing will ever change. It is knowing that when life changes, we will not abandon ourselves. Venus, the beautiful ruler of this Full Moon, is still moving backwards and has returned to Libra. She is not only asking us to look at who we love. She is asking us to notice what we enjoy now. Our tastes change as we change. The clothes that once made us feel incredible may no longer feel like us. The room we once loved may suddenly need new energy. The way we spend our weekends, the people we socialise with or even the dreams we have been chasing may begin to feel as though they belong to an older version of our life. This does not mean we are ungrateful or impossible to satisfy. It means we are alive. There is something wonderfully practical about this Full Moon. It may make us want to touch, taste, move, create and experience life again rather than endlessly analyse it. We might return to music we had forgotten, cook something beautiful, rearrange the furniture, wear the dress we have been saving or rediscover a creative part of ourselves that became buried beneath responsibility. Stop keeping the best parts of your life for a special occasion. Use the beautiful glasses. Light the expensive candle. Swim in the ocean. Put music on while you make dinner. Wear the thing that makes you feel fabulous even if you are only going to Woolworths. Pleasure is not frivolous. It tells us where life is still moving through us. And if relationships come into focus, the question may not be who is doing more or who is doing less. It may be whether we are still enjoying one another. Relationships can become extremely efficient. We can organise the house, discuss the children, pay the bills and make all the plans while slowly forgetting to laugh, flirt, play or become curious about the person beside us. Not every relationship needs another heavy conversation. Some need music, touch, a meal that nobody rushes through or a day where logistics are not the main event. This Full Moon reminds us that love is not only something we work on. It is also something we are meant to experience. This matters because towards the end of the week the cosmic weather becomes sharper. Mercury is moving backwards and meets fiery Mars, which can make words fast, reactions fierce and patience rather scarce. We may feel certain that something needs to be said immediately. It probably does need to be said. It may not need to be said in that exact moment, in that exact tone, with every historical example attached. Write the message. Do not send it yet. Walk around the block. Let the first wave move through. Then return to the part that is actually true and say that. Clear words will take us further than dramatic ones this week. This is especially important if somebody or something from the past reappears. With both Mercury and Venus travelling backwards, familiar conversations, feelings and people can circle back. Their return is information, not instruction. We do not have to reopen every door simply because somebody knocks. Equally, we do not have to reject something worthwhile because our pride wants to prove that we have moved on. Sometimes a return offers closure. Sometimes it offers a second chance. Sometimes it simply shows us how much we have changed. We will recognise the difference by looking at what is happening now, not what we hope could happen one day. By the weekend, a softer thread begins to weave through the intensity. We may glimpse a new way of relating, a more balanced agreement or a path that feels both peaceful and alive. Pay attention to what arrives without force. The conversation that feels easy. The invitation that feels warm. The idea that makes practical sense. The person who meets us rather than requiring us to chase, convince or perform. We are so often taught that the right thing will arrive with fireworks. Sometimes it arrives as the absence of anxiety. Sometimes the sign is that we can breathe. This week does not require an enormous ritual or another list of things to improve. Let it be simple. Look honestly at your money without shame. Make your home feel good to be in. Eat something that truly nourishes you. Rest before you are completely depleted. Spend time with people around whom you do not have to perform. Buy less, use what you have and notice what you already love. Allow pleasure to be ordinary. Sunshine on your face. Clean sheets. Music in the kitchen. A long shower. Fresh flowers. A conversation that leaves you feeling fuller rather than drained. These things are not insignificant. They are life. We can become so focused on becoming the next version of ourselves that we forget to inhabit the person we are today. Perhaps this Full Moon is not asking you to manifest more. Perhaps it is asking you to become present enough to recognise what is already here, brave enough to admit what is no longer enough and secure enough to stop proving that you are. How to Work With the Energy This WeekKeep things simple. This is not the week to fill every spare space or create another enormous list of things you need to fix. Look honestly at where your time, money and energy are going. Notice what genuinely adds value to your life and what you continue feeding through habit, guilt or fear. Do something simply because you enjoy it. Notice what you are naturally drawn towards now rather than repeating what used to make you happy. If emotions rise around the Full Moon, give them room before turning them into action. Move your body, go outside, eat something nourishing and let the intensity settle. Towards the end of the week, pause before sending the message or beginning the difficult conversation. Find the truth beneath the first reaction and speak from there. Make your surroundings feel good. Clear something, repair something or bring beauty into the space around you. And make time for ordinary pleasure. Not as a reward for finishing everything, but as part of being alive. The Lessons and BlessingsThis week reminds us that:
|
Beautiful soul, enough is not a word of limitation. It is a word of freedom. It ends the endless negotiation with your own worth. It lets you stop feeding what remains empty no matter how much you pour into it. It allows you to enjoy what is beautiful before life moves on to its next season. This week, let enough be enough. Enough rushing. Enough performing. Enough waiting for your life to begin when it is already happening all around you. Come back to what is real. Come back to what matters. Come back to the life that is here now. |
Love you, Sarah ✨ |
