THE FUTURE NEEDS A NEW FOUNDATION

30 AUGUST - 5 SEPTEMBER, 2026

Hi beautiful souls,

We have crossed the eclipse but we have not yet finished with what it revealed.

This week begins in the strange stillness that follows a storm. The sky has cleared and the ground has changed. Something within us knows that we cannot simply return to the way things were before.

The Pisces lunar eclipse may have brought an ending, an emotional release, a revelation or simply the deep knowing that something has completed its purpose. For some, the truth arrived loudly. For others, it is still moving through the body in dreams, fatigue, tears, restlessness or an unfamiliar sense of emptiness.

This is the back end of the eclipse season. The event may be over, but the integration has only just begun.

This is the week we stop asking what the eclipse took away and begin asking what the clearing has made possible.

Eclipses move quickly, but human beings do not. We need time to emotionally catch up with what the soul already knows. We need time to separate truth from reaction. We need time to understand whether something is genuinely ending or simply changing form.

You may still feel tender, exposed or slightly outside yourself this week. There can be a sense of waking from a dream and trying to remember who you were before it began.

Do not rush to fill the space. The temptation after a significant release is to immediately create another plan, relationship, responsibility or identity. Emptiness can feel uncomfortable because it leaves us without the familiar structures that once told us who we were.

But the empty space is not evidence that something is missing. It may be the first space in your life that is finally available for something new.

The New Story Needs Structure

On Monday, Jupiter and Saturn form one of the most supportive alignments of the year. Yeah baby!!

Jupiter represents growth, possibility, faith and the bigger vision. Saturn represents commitment, boundaries, maturity and the structures required to make that vision real.

Jupiter says:

“There is more available to you.”

Saturn replies:

“Then show me that you are ready to hold it.”

This is beautiful energy for turning our inspiration into something tangible. A dream may begin to feel possible. A new path may reveal its first practical step. An opportunity may arrive with genuine potential for growth and longevity. This is not fantasy energy. It is not about manifesting from the sofa and hoping the Universe sorts out the details. It is about recognising that the future we keep asking for requires a structure strong enough to support it.

The relationship needs honest communication.

The business needs systems.

The healing needs consistency.

The dream needs a decision.

The new life needs boundaries that protect it from the patterns of the old one. We cannot build a different future using the same unconscious agreements that created the past. Read that again please.

There is a little frustration this week though, just as Jupiter and Saturn open a doorway, Mars clashes with Saturn. This can feel like pressing the accelerator and the brake at the same time. Part of us may feel inspired, ready and certain. Another part may feel tired, blocked, delayed or frustrated. Plans may take longer than expected. Responsibilities may interrupt momentum. Someone may say no. The body may not have the energy to move at the speed of the mind.

This is where the real work of the week begins.

Mars wants movement.

Saturn demands patience.

Mars says, “Do it now.”

Saturn asks, “Have you considered what this will require?”

This combination can create irritation, impatience, tension with authority, family pressure or the feeling that life is deliberately placing obstacles in our way. But please note not every delay is a denial. Some delays are protection. Some resistance is information. Some closed doors are preventing us from carrying an old pattern into a new chapter.

If something refuses to move, do not immediately push harder. Pause and ask:

• Is the timing wrong?

• Is the structure strong enough?

• Am I acting from clarity or emotional urgency?

• Does the plan need refining?

• Is my body asking me to slow down?

• Am I trying to force something that is no longer aligned?

  
  

The obstacle may not be blocking the path. It may be showing you how the path must change.

Welcome to September

September brings a dramatic numerological reset.

2026 is a Universal Year 1, and September is also a Universal Month 1. This creates a powerful double 1 frequency. The number 1 represents beginnings, identity, independence, leadership, courage and the decision to move in a new direction.

August carried the energy of a Universal Month 9: completion, release, endings and the clearing of karmic debris. It is no accident that this energy coincided with eclipse season.

August emptied the room. September asks what you intend to create within it.

This does not mean everything will suddenly feel easy. New beginnings often feel disorientating because we no longer have the reference points of the past. The old identity may have gone quiet, but the new one has not fully formed. We are standing between: “I cannot continue being who I was” and “I do not yet know who I am becoming.” This is sacred territory. Do not mistake uncertainty for being lost. Sometimes uncertainty is simply what freedom feels like before we learn to trust it.

What September May Feel Like

The energy of September is cleaner, clearer and more forward-facing than August, but it is not necessarily faster. There is momentum, but it needs direction. There is possibility, but it needs discernment. There is new life, but it needs room to take root.

This month may bring:

• new ideas, opportunities or collaborations

• a stronger desire for independence

• clarity about what you want to build next

• the return of motivation after emotional exhaustion

• important decisions about work, relationships or lifestyle

• a need to simplify routines and responsibilities

• frustration with anything that feels restrictive or outdated

• the courage to begin again without having every answer

• greater awareness of where your boundaries need strengthening

• the realisation that your energy is your most valuable resource

  
  

September is not asking us to make one enormous leap. It is asking us to choose a direction and begin walking towards it.

The Back End of Eclipse Season

Although the eclipses themselves have passed, eclipse energy continues to unfold.

The events surrounding an eclipse are rarely contained within one day. What was revealed may take weeks or even months to understand fully. Information may still surface. People may still change direction. Conversations may continue. Decisions made internally may finally become visible externally.

This is why it is important not to force a neat conclusion around everything that has happened.

Some chapters end with a dramatic final sentence. Others fade quietly until one day we realise we have stopped reading them.

Pay attention to what no longer has the same emotional hold over you. Pay attention to the argument you no longer want to have, the approval you no longer need, the role you are too tired to perform and the door you have stopped waiting to open.

These quieter changes matter. They are evidence that the eclipse has already begun rearranging your inner world.

Love and Relationships

Relationships may feel like mirrors this week. We may see clearly where we want more, but we may also see what receiving more will require from us. It is easy to say that we want deeper intimacy. It is harder to remove the emotional armour that prevents someone from reaching us. It is easy to say that we want commitment. It is harder to stop choosing unavailable people. It is easy to ask for honesty. It is harder to tell the truth when it may change the relationship.

This week supports relationships that are ready to mature, deepen and become more intentional and it also exposes the frustration created by unspoken expectations, emotional avoidance or carrying more than our share.

This week may ask:

• Can this relationship hold the person I am becoming?

• Am I asking someone else to meet needs I have never clearly expressed?

• Where have I confused chemistry with compatibility?

• Where am I trying to build a future with someone committed to repeating the past?

• Does this connection create expansion and stability?

• Am I remaining because it is aligned or because leaving feels frightening?

  
  

Do not look for perfection. Look for willingness. A healthy relationship does not require two people who have resolved everything. It requires two people willing to face what is real.

From Exhaustion to Illumination

The energetic movement through the Gene Keys beautifully reflects the journey of this week.

We begin with Gene Key 40:

Exhaustion → Resolve → Divine Will

This is not about finding more energy to continue an unsustainable life. It is about recovering the energy that has been trapped inside obligation, over-responsibility and proving.

Resolve is not force. It is the quiet decision to stop negotiating with what we know.

As the week unfolds, we move into Gene Key 64:

Confusion → Imagination → Illumination

Confusion is not always a problem to solve. Sometimes it is the mind attempting to organise a future the soul has not finished revealing. When we stop demanding immediate certainty, imagination can return. A new vision becomes possible. Something that appeared chaotic begins to form a pattern.

The mind does not need to understand the entire journey. It only needs enough light for the next honest step.

How to Move Through This Week

Begin gently. The first days following the eclipse may still feel emotionally and physically intense. Give the nervous system time to settle before making unnecessary dramatic decisions.

Then begin bringing the vision down to earth.

Ask yourself:

• What did August show me?

• What has genuinely completed?

• What am I no longer available for?

• What deserves my energy now?

• What structure would support the life I want?

• What is one action I can take this week?

• What boundary must be strengthened before I move forwards?

• Am I building from inspiration or attempting to escape discomfort?

Choose one area of life and create one practical change.

Make the appointment.

Send the message.

Write the first page.

Create the boundary.

Clear the room.

Rest properly.

Begin the conversation.

You do not need to reinvent your entire life before next Sunday.

You only need to stop abandoning the direction you know you are being called towards.

The Lessons and Blessings

This week teaches us that:

• revelation must eventually become action

• the future needs more than hope; it needs structure

• resistance can reveal where foundations are weak

• a delay is not always a rejection

• emptiness is space before it becomes form

• a new identity takes time to inhabit

• confusion can be the beginning of imagination

• boundaries protect what we are trying to build

• we do not need the entire plan before taking the first step

• the life we want must be supported by the choices we make repeatedly

Beautiful soul, August asked you to let go. September asks you to begin.

Beginning does not mean rushing forwards before your heart, body and nervous system have caught up. It does not mean proving how quickly you can transform pain into purpose.

The eclipse opened something. Now you must decide what you will do with the opening.

Do not rebuild the walls simply because the empty space feels unfamiliar. Do not return to an old identity because the new one is still learning how to stand. Let this week be simple. Honour what ended. Protect what is emerging. Strengthen the foundations. Take the next honest step.

The future does not require you to have everything worked out. It only requires you to stop building your life around what you already know is over. The veil has broken. Now the new story needs somewhere real to live.
