The Heart Is Waking Up

Last week, we stood at the doorway. This week, we begin walking through it.

If you've found yourself feeling more emotional than usual... a little fragile... more tender... or even bursting into tears for no obvious reason, you're not alone. There is a softness moving through the collective right now. It feels as though our hearts are opening in a completely new way and whenever the heart expands, it first creates space. Sometimes that space feels like excitement. Sometimes it feels like grief. Sometimes it feels like relief and sometimes it simply feels like tears that have been waiting a long time to be cried.

Don't mistake your tenderness for weakness. I actually believe it's one of the clearest signs that something inside you is changing. We're letting go of old versions of ourselves. Old identities, old fears, old ways of protecting our hearts. While there is incredible excitement beginning to build, there is also a quiet vulnerability that comes with standing on unfamiliar ground. Maybe you don't quite feel like the old you anymore.....but the new you is still unfolding.

That's a beautiful place to be. Allow yourself to sit wherever you are without judgment or too much questioning. Just be.

What This Week Is Showing Us

The energy of July continues to invite us forward. Last week we began opening our hearts. This week we're being asked to trust them. Many people will notice a growing desire to create something, share something, begin something, or finally give themselves permission to stop hiding. This is not because we suddenly became fearless...but because something inside us has become stronger than the fear. You may also notice yourself reflecting on old dreams. Dreams you put away. Parts of yourself you thought you'd outgrown. Passions you convinced yourself weren't practical. Contemplate this …What if they're calling you back for a reason?

The Energy Beneath The Surface

While life may look relatively normal on the outside, there's a lot happening beneath the surface.

This isn't chaotic energy, it's expanding energy. The kind that stretches you just enough that your old life begins to feel too small. That can feel exciting.....and incredibly vulnerable at the same time. One moment you feel inspired. The next you're questioning everything.

One day you're full of confidence.The next you're wondering whether you're ready.

That's not inconsistency. That's growth, please note the heart opens before courage arrives.

Jupiter is now settling into its first full week in Leo, beginning a year-long invitation to live with more courage, creativity and authenticity. Over the coming months many of us will be asked to step out from behind the roles we've been playing and reconnect with what genuinely lights us up.
