For weeks, we’ve lingered in a kind of suspended time not quite here, not quite there.

A sacred pause. A cosmic exhale. It’s been tender. Foggy. A little like standing at the shoreline, watching the tide retreat, unsure when it will return. There’s been so much happening behind the veil. Grief surfacing. Old dreams unraveling. Clarity one day. Cracks the next.

You’ve likely felt like your soul is rearranging itself from the inside out. And it has been.

But this week... there’s movement.

Not loud. Not rushed. But unmistakable.

The soil beneath your feet has warmed. The tension in the air softens. And for the first time in what may feel like ages, there’s a sense that something is ready to shift.

You are ready to choose again. To step in. To speak up. To shine out.

Like us all, I welcome this shift with open arms. Even if it's slight.  Last week felt really hard at times; the rise and fall of healing one's soul is more extreme than I could have ever imagined. It's unpredictable and uncontrollable, I've learnt,  it takes time and its trial and error, and like life its not one straight line going in one direction. I'm learning surrender, patience, and trust on a level I never knew existed. I have changed, life has changed, and I'm learning to really let go and keep changing. Just like nature, I'm remembering nothing was ever meant to stay the same, not even me. 

Spiritually, I'm understanding now that this upgrade that I have experienced is exactly what I asked for, but didn't see coming the way it hit me. Some might call it an advanced Kundalini awakening, all I can say is I have learnt so much about my mind, body, and soul, and I know in time this will only add to my service to others. But for now, I'm still just adjusting to the new frequency and lying low!
